Perfect customer service

I would like to compliment Maggie and Mangcoba for the exceptional customer service they gave me on Sunday 29/11/2020 @ Ackermans Mall Of Africa. It wasnt my intention but i was 1 of "those" customers, 1. I went to fetch my laybye -didnt have my purchase slip 2. I wanted to refund some items on the laybyes 3. My kids were unruly I lost the laybe payment slip they had just given me, for a good 5-10 mins were all looking for the slip, nonetheless we didnt find find, Mangcoba went as far as walking me to the door and explaining to security the situation of the slip.

Imagine its a hot Sunday afternoon, after a long day u have a deal with a women who is a scatterbrain and her 3 unruly children
