Pending refund due to loadshedding double payment

On 11th December 2023 I bought a few items from Ackermans. Loadshedding started while i was paying and waiting for the transaction to approve. Due to loadshedding, they had to void the payment and I had. To do another payment even though the money already deducted from my account. I asked the teller by when I can expect the funds reversed, I was told before the end of the day. My funds were never reversed, so the next day I went to lay my complaint. I have been told that its is under investigation. Alk because of the teller's incompetency, who forgot to ring the plastic bag the second time she rung my items, now because of the 90 cents difference, they have to investigate as if I an the ****. I have even advised that they pull the cameras to see how I paid twice for the same items. But till this day, more than a month later, they are still investigating. I advise anyone never to make payment if the funds are not reversed immediately, because you are not going to get your money back! They have even told me to ask the bank to reverse my money but the bank cant help me because they are not the ones that took my money. How *********** are all the workers and management of Ackermans! Worst service ever!
