Payment not updating

Made payment on the 2nd this month via EFt still not updated . Contacted all departments, all means of communications exhausted on my side but bona they are so cool and collected to inform me that they have received proof of payment and they will inform me once payment reflects on my account. That time credit score is affected big time. I like Ackerman very much but this time am taken aback.
