Payment doesn't appear

I always make my payments with Internet so this time around apparently my payment doesn't appear on Ackamans system so they expect me to do up and down yet I have even paid more than what I was expected to pay my installment its R315 and I paid R1200 know they telling me that I should go to the bank and ask for prove of payment and apparently am not the only one who's experiencing that problem Cepitec and Ackamans need to fix their systems cause I don't have time for up n down n if they going to put my record on ITC with a bad record one will have to pay cause clearly the is someone who's not doing their job.
