Payment allocations

Your credit/accounts dept sucks🤦♀️ I can’t do this every month it’s is very tiresome. Mid Feb I received my statement which reflected non payment for Jan but I had made a payment already in on the 26 of Jan and it was not allocated. I then called in and the matter was investigated and they confirmed money was now allocated. Then in Feb I made another payment to my surprise I just received my statement today 11 March my Feb payment which made on the 27 Feb is also not allocated or reflecting in my statement. The only payment reflecting is the Jan payment correction, it makes me question if other payments made in some previous months were allocated accordingly?my statement also has a lots of debit transactions for my Hollard funeral insurance which should be for one month. This is not on at all now I need to call in again tomorrow to query this??
