I made a payment R 5000.00 into my Ackermans account while my monthly installment was R650.00, this was on the 11/05/2019...to my understanding, when you pay more into your account...your monthly installment has to be lowed.To my surprise, i received a statement today requesting me to pay R 650.00 or my account will be in arrears.. i then contacted the Accounts queries number and spoke to Bulelwa and Nomzamo who told me that there is nothing they can do, i have to pay the R 650.00 or my account will be in arrears, i found this being unfair and ********...i need this resolved asap. My number is ********** / ********** 961
