PAYJUSTNOW REFUND REFUSED

I was at Mams Mall Ackermans today to collect my order that I had ordered online with PayJustNow, because I no longer need the items I asked them to refund the money back into my PayJustNow wallet and they could not assist I am so disappointed because I no longer want the items and was not asking for cash. I just need the money refunded into my wallet and for-them to take their items back.
