Pay account early THEY refuse to add it to my account!!

Don't EVER open an account with ackermans!! Decided the 3rd of January to pay EARLY for January's account just to have to be told i have to pay TWICE saying utter nonsense that if i pay AGAIN it will be added to FEBRUARY'S bill when it's utter ******* as it won't because they refuse to add JANUARY'S payment to January's bill! Their system is faulty and then i get told i have to contact THEM to deal with THEIR problem!

Since when is it the customers problem if their system is faulty and only picks up payments after the 10th? Since when is it the customers problem to run after a company to deal with THEIR system?!

I will NOT pay for that account UNTIL this problem is resolved!! I don't care if my credit score suffers because i KNOW Transunion will rectify when i dispute because ACKERMANS is at fault!!

Fix this or i WILL contact the CREDIT OMBUDSMAN!!
