Pathetic service on delivery and customer service

I purchased online from Ackerman’s on 25th May and I did see the deliver was 5-7 working days to the store I selected . After a week of not hearing about delivery I called the call centre and was told it 5-7 days from the date they package it which is utter nonsense ,cos then don’t give the incorrect eta when a customer is purchasing .I emailed them again today and they show no concern to assist the customer and I’m just told the delivery is 7-9 days .Im am utterly disappointed in this service from their customer care and will definitely not purchase with them in future .I purchased knowing I have 2 weeks before I leave on a flight to Europe and I still have not received the items I purchased to take with me .
