Pathetic service!!!!! Head office and store staff

Good day

I would like to lay an official complaint against your store and head office.

On the 1st of July i went to yoyr store eith my pregnant partner to apply for a supplementary card, as we do not live in the same province. An application form was completed and ID copies were made. Infact we waited for more than an hour for your staff to fetch the form, all to find out the lady had gone on tea and forgot and was working at the back. Imagine my partner is heavily pregnant and it was very cold on the day.

We did the application and were told we would receive an sms to fetch the card. This morning i decide to call your head office, and was told no documents were receiving on asking for a solution im told i would need to go to any store and do the application again. I already advised my partner lives in Cape Town and im in Johannesburg, i dont carry her Id with me, and plus my work demands me to be on the road i do not have time. And the lady told me theeres nothing she can do, i asked for a manager and was told she is in a meeting. This is pathetic and plus, our ID copies are laying there in your store, God knows who did what with them, as nowadays you dont just leave your Id carelessly as a lot can happen. I want to deposit money into the account today so that my partner can just go and purchase baby essentials as she is due any time now, i urgently want this resolved and demand answers.
