Pathetic service

I would give 0 star given the option, I bought shoes for my daughter on the 24th December at Ackermans Protea Glen Mall and they were small in size when I fitted my child. On the 13 Jan I went to Ackermans Clear Water Mall to change them and buy more clothes. The lady at the till point comes and says the shoes are dirty and I explain that nah the plastic had biscuits crumbs…she goes to the manager and after a while they come back saying the shoes has soil. I was extremely disappointed because my child couldn’t even fit her foot in the shoe. She then told me that they won’t accept a refund nor exchange I must go sell the shoes in the township where I’m from. I told the manager that I’ll then leave the shoes in the store because I’m not a sales person, I was having another pair which I intended to exchange with and showed her that it is yellow and dirty then She walked away. I continued to pay for the clothes I came to buy which costs about 2k. I since left the shoes in the store since they couldn’t assist me. I have receipts of everything including the shoes that I found dirty and those I brought with me. Such a pathetic service to say the least.
