Pathetic service and lazy staff at Fourways Ackermans

I went to Ackermans on 28 Nov 2025 at Fourways Mall, looking for sweaters for a baby boy. I could not find the items and asked for help from the shop stewards and they were so useless and lazy. They did not bother to check the items on the system or help me look. I was told the items are not in stock at this Fourways store , whereas on Ackermans online the items says they are in stock at this Fourways location.

I went and found the items myself eventually in the very same store. A Pathetic store/company and with pathetic lazy employees. Won’t bother shopping there again. People cry for employment but don’t bother working when they do have jobs.
