Pathetic service and agent failure

Absolute pathetic service from the people at ackermans connect in Greenacres. I went there this morning after purchasing a phone from them 7 days ago and told them it’s faulty. They send me back home with it as they “rebooted it” and it works. This thing is not charging. Now I just waste my time abs petrol to go back there and sit without a phone for till it’s fixed. I am must be constantly inconvenienced?! What a load of garbage.
