Pathetic service

Ackermans customer service is putridi can't find another word to describe it you lodge complaint with the customer service only to be ignored. I placed an order on the 28th of February I have been waiting it is currently the 17th of March and no feedback regarding my order I have asked for as refund on the 12th of March and I'm still waiting for response I don't normally shop at ackermans and this time I tried I will never again shop at that store pathetic service
