Pathetic Service

On Tuesday, I visited Ackerman's Phumula/Roodekop in-store and received very poor service. The Cashier(File) was more focused on chatting with her colleagues than helping me.When I asked about checking for a bigger size at another branch and weather they accept lay-bys, I was told they don't take lay-bys for less than 3 items. This policy in not advertised anywhere,and I find it unfair that customers are forced to buy more items to qualify. Both the Cashier and Supervisor on duty had negative attitude and made the experience so frustrating and disappointing. They told me small items get lost in the stock room so they not just *********** but there's also no planning in the store.
