Pathetic Service

Placed and online order and paid extra for Express click & Collect.Order was supposed to be collected by me within 3 working days. Order was sent to the wrong store twice in a different province. It took me 20 days and 28 calls to get this resolved. Ackermans customer care had No feedback once. Promised to return phone calls but never did. Ackermans store in Middelburg Mall in Mpumalanga just doesn't answer calls. Their service is and bluntly put, pathetic!!!!!!! I will never support the Ackermans business ever again.
