Pathetic Service

I am disgusted with Ackermans as they conveniently make mistakes with my account. I pay regularly on time then I get a message stating I'm under review due to no payment.when I spoke to 2 different agents they had no sympathy only attitude for their mistakes which now affects my credit score. I dont see why they even have a chat bot because it is hopeless disgusted by the service. *********** agents which is of no help. I sent proof of my payments but it's like they not even listening to what I am saying pure arrogance. As soon as my account is paid I will be closing it as I want nothing to do with this people and I will definitely spread the word of the *********** agents.
