pathetic service

Hi, i have been to your Phoenix Plaza branch today and I must say I am rather dissatisfied and disappointed with the service received. Actually there was no one to even assist me, regardless of me asking for help. You guys have an ad on tv for kids boots, 2 for R149, i went in store and looked around but was not able to find it so I proceeded to ask a lady for help and she asked me to go to the footware department and she will be there now but she never came. I then asked another guy for help who then tells me that they are "Sold Out" but I had the exact boots that wer advertised on tv in my hands, i was so ****ed off that I just walked away. As I walked out I saw the same lady that I asked for help standing near the entrance who didn't even have the decency to apologise for not assisting me. Pathetic service. What happen to customer service??
