PATHETIC

I have been sending emails to *** for a refund for an over paid account at when I settled it in April 2024 since 9 Dec 2024 with the requested documents, no one is receiving them and each time I call it is a different story and a new email address I should use. I would like my refund and not the many stories I am getting from your consultants. Today I cannot be verified although I answered the same way I answered the security questions yesterday, how is that possible?
