PAID FOR GOODS NO DELIVERY AND ITS DAY 16 TODAY = PATHETHIC SERVICE DELIVERY

Its very sad that a company like Ackerman's cant even provide proper customer service. I ordered and paid for items via their online shopping method on the 2nd of June 2024. Today is the 18th of June and I am told to wait. I have been waiting a total of 16 days and 11 business days. I have still not received my order, its actually unacceptable, I have called, I have emailed and still nothing.

I actually just want my money back because what kind of service is this that i am receiving from a local retailer. Even Shein delivered good 9 days after payment and that was including business days.

I cant believe the level of service received .

I need to get my money back but they dont even answer emails.
