Over a month wait for a local c luck and collect order

I made an order on the 4th of March for click n collect today is the 26th of March no delivery. I selected a store that I was unaware had shut down (***6) got an early two weeks ago to reselect the store of which I did that was over two weeks ago still no delivery a shein order is faster then this. I sent a follow up email 4 days ago no reply. Very disappointed I even had to go buy one of the items due to the delay beyond disappointed and honestly disgusted by lack of service and follow up.
