Outstanding Service

On the 8th January 2022 I went to Ackerman's in Diepkloof Square(1423) Soweto had a problem with my phone it did not allow any simcard when I got there the cashier told me to wait for someone to assist they took long then he took it among himself to assist I was so frustrated at the fact that the phone doesn't work but Kgomotso Marema managed to calm me down and assisted me with a smile even though I was not in a mood but because of him I went home as a happy customer.His one of the greatest assets in Ackerman's I always go there just to be assisted by him cause Wow he managed to put me 1st even though there was a que he never seemed annoyed by the fact that I'm holding up the que. Its always a pleasure to go to that store.He deserves the best I wish we could have such people with excellent service.
