opening account

I have gone to the branch already in December to open an account. We are standing already on the 06 February 2023 and till today no phone call no e-mail telling me I have an account or not. When i phone they tell me no this or what is wrong and someone will phone they put it on the system and nothing, nothing till today.

The People are rude when you talk to them and tell them no one phone yet.
