ONLINE SHOPPING USELESS - NO IBT BRANCH SHOPPING

<p>I needed to buy 2X bras (75381) 36E, I called the call center wanting to ask about matching panties and if they have a SIZE E. I was told Ackermans does not have online shopping consultants who can assist with queries immediately; i have to wait until a call is logged and get a call back. (Which never happend). The branch story is also a pathetic one. I was made aware that, there do not have system to view other shops stock or do an IBT for items. You will have to contact each and every branch without knowing whether they have stock or not and then DRIVE THERE TO BUY. In 2016, such a huge organisation is still operating like people in 1990. So, can someone tell me know; where do i buy what i want?</p>
