Online shopping horror

OMG Ackermans online is a no go area…we understand that mistakes happen…but even their managers are not doing their job…I was told that the issue was escalated from last week …this was an order from the 18th of November…this was for my girls birthday clothes… I’m sending an email to ICASA because this is my money !!!!
