Online services are horrible

Ackermans online services is atrocious. My parcel never got delivered and I'm waiting for weeks. And their customer service is horrible too. They aren't helpful, they don't care. What a **** and I wasted a lot of money. What a junk start to my 2025. I was always skeptic of online shopping I guess I should've listened to my gut.
