Online service is bad

The online store is ridiculous since I ordered from them I haven't gotten feedback as to what's happening to my package no tracking info available and they dont respond to my emails the worse services ever and mind se stay in Johannesburg but our packages is coming from Mpumalanga like there is no stores around where we live
