I order an Item online on the 9th of June 2025 for my child still today I have not received the item. The worst part is I opted for the option of taking it to the nearest store. they are *********** they said it does not take more than 7 days. I called the call center their agents are so unprofessional while asking lady answering was busy chatting with her friend she just said she does not know when will it arrive at the store, Ackerman's needs to up their game that's why we always buy on store like Woolworths and take a lot Ackerman's service is very poor I will never use they online purchase and they will lose customers.
