Online poor service

Poor service I place an order online on the 28 April 2026 winter clothes for my son. I still haven't received my order and I was told I cannot cancel the order. I have not received any updates regarding my order. WOOLWORTHS TAKES ONLY 3 DAYS AND YOUR ORDER WILL BE DELIVERED.
