Online orders are Pathetic!!!!
Online order are pathetic at ackermans. I placed an order on 14 February 2026 and to date I have not received any delivery nor any further details regarding the delay whatsoever. I have emailed in numerous occasions and the only response I get is it's being escalated. False adverti*****t why say 3-5 days and yet here I'm entering a month of waiting. The worst ever. Order :***6 was not received and I wish for a prompt response from them ASAP.

27 Mar 2026, 13:14It's hard to believe that I still have not received my order nor have I received any feedback from Ackermans. I cannot believe that people's customer service could be this bad. They simply don't care you can continue to call and continue to email. I'm very ****ed at this situation it's beyond PATHETIC.
