Online order still not delivered!!
I purchased items to the value of over R400 online on 27 March 2023 and to date my package is still in transit to Ackermans Blue Route. The R90 jeans I purchased on 7 April 2023 was delivered to Ackermans Blue Route already.
I keep calling the call Centre and the request gets escalated but no one calls me and no update on my delivery!
Pathetic service!
I want someone to find out when my package will be delivered and contact me please.

I want to receive the items I have purchased.
First, you take forever to deliver the items I purchased, now you just decide to process the refund?? PATEHTIC
This does not solve the issue!
