Online order not received

Its been four weeks full since i made an online order but there is no sign of it.. I made it on the 19 of May the worse part there is no communication from ackermancs as to where my order is. If you dont want to be dissapointed never ever buy clothes online from ackermance thier service is very poor i regret everyday. The worse part when am calling the customer service the agents are all ****** liers who always promise that the order will arrive soon but there is no order and when i am asking for my money they said they cnt give me money up until the order is in store.
