Online Order Collection

I'm heavily pregnant, placed an order with Ackermans Golden Walk online to avoid long ques, when supposed to collect the order a guy called Amos said I must wait for 20 minutes while he was doing nothing. He was going around the shop and not helping with my order. I am very disappointed with the poor service I received from this person. I ended up waiting longer while tired and exhausted.
