ONLINE ACKERMANS SHOPPING DISASTER

I place an order a week before mothers day online and the website said within 5 working days. order never arived. on enquiry i was given this warehouse story - however no one bothered to inform me about delays until i had to ask about it. I was then advised i will get delivery withing about 2 working days - never happenned.

after nearly 2 weeks i get an e mail saying my delivery is on its way and expected arrival is the 25th May.

The insane part is that the warehouse is just 40 km away and i have to wait 2 weeks for delivery - will they tour the country first?
