on the 8th of December we went to Arkermans that is situated in Setsing Crescent in Phuthaditjhaba and we bought about almost a R1000 of clothes and as we we were paying there was was a loadshedding.

Then as we exit the store the slip was searched per procedure and all hand bags were searched but the guy by the name of Junior decided to target one person amongst us and made her open her wallet that had almost R5000 in cash to search it since she might have ****** earings I meaning after she had paid R1000 from the same wallet why would she she ***** earings from Ackermans I was embarassed as I work for Absa just few doors from that Arkermans and that were from KZN and this is the treatment they got from the store I recommended and I always use ,as a result I'm even scared to go back there because I don't want fell like I'm walking in some chinese store where they always do that,but if this is a new practice that Arkermans is implementing them I will never set my foot there.
