Official calling customer stupid

Today at 12h20-12h24 I visited Ackermans shop 1940 York Street, George shop A2. Handed over my card to shop assistend to make a payment of R415, after payment my intention was to buy socks and tissue oil. Unfortunately no oil on the shelves, so will buy shocks only. Official 1 handed over my card to official 2 who were already busy with an old lady. They hander over a card to the old lady but old lady said it's not her card. They than asked me if it's my card, I told them I'm not 100 % sure. Official 1 reported to official that I'm not sure about the card, she either. That's when official 2 said to afficial 1 that I looked stupid. I insisted that my card must tbe verified coz both officials caused the mixup of cards . She called be stupid in my presence not even behind my back. I buried my brother today that's why I felt super sad after this visit.
