Not Underwear -bad service always

My mother bought me a tights at your nonqubela mall in khayelitsha site b,she was told she cant exchange it due the fact that its part of underwear however its a cycling shorts and i havent even fit it on and its not what i initially wanted and now my mother cant even exchange it for something else. What type of service do you as ackermans render because this branch of yours always seems to send my mother away and never wanting to assist her honestly this ackermans branch is probably your worst branch because we always get bad service there.
