Not happy

Ackermans Dobsinville i i bought an iterm August this year i tried going back to the store several time to return the item i had to go back because the queues were very long mind you i was carrying a baby at the back i couldn't stand those queues just yesterday i managed to reach the counter requesting for return the item so that i can pay off the laybe at the same store but they refused while i have original slip i want to escalate the "Mananger" who rudely interrupted me and Casher who was assisting me. She didn't even introduced hersef i had to ask for her Name she refuses with the name also she says she wont do the refund i must go she wants to assist other people. The is Mananger is Thembisile She was shouting saying if she does the refund she will give me only half of the amount i bought with i refused. I cannot be ****** my hard earned cash i want head office to contact me.
