NOT HAPPY AT ALL, DISAPPOINTED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT

I bought school shoes at Ackerman's Centurion on the 18.12.2023, I lost my receipt but the shoes are still brand new my son didn't wear them

Went to change them at Ackerman's Brixton and was told they cant assist, they can change everything else except school shoes, was told to go to Centurion , which is very far me
