Not happy at all

I bought school shoes at *Ackermans Cradlestone Mall*. The tag clearly said *R399.95* but I was charged *R409.95* by *Dikgomotso*. When I asked about it, I was told they were "in the process of changing the price". No apology or offer to honor the shelf price was given...
