Not happy about the service

I have bought a phone last year and had an issue within 2 weeks ,I had to returned it back and I was asked to leave everything, like my slip of purchase and that was something i could not understand but had to leave it as i wanted my phone fixed, also with a box that included everything that came with a phone .and when was about to collect it ,I was then given a phone with no box,no slip and that made me not to take it back. The assistance in Germiston branch gave me an attitude. Please help as I still does not have my phone
