Not happy

I bought the school shoes on the 3rd of December at Ackermans maponya mall so now that the kids are back thier father also bought them the school shoes and he also dnt have a receipt so because i thought that if i have used the bank carfd they will refund me when i got to Trade route i find the assistance manager i told her i have lost the receipt she said can i have a look at the shoes i showed her she said they wont refund you i said why because it shows in my statement that i have purchased in your store i then asked fir the manager they said she's out i waited for her she came back i told her that i have lost the receipt and showed her the statement in my phone she said you will get the voucher i wanted my money back she said no i told her that i will write a review to hello peter she said ok i asked fir her name she said she is Noma but her name tack its written Boipelo and she took it off im not happy at all im stuck with the gift card and its januworry now ai its not fair i wont buy from ackermans atleast they should have trace the card number or something they telling me that it it toughees so it means i have ****** the shoes
