Nonsense

Around 17h30 I was at ackermans Vaal mall standing alone in a queue in the midst of 5 employees/cashiers just ignoring me until I asked for help to pay for my clothes.

Worse when I demand to see the supervisor she was amongst them(Lerato) allowing this nonsense to happen in her presence.

Does she know about CRM or she thinks she's doing a paying customer a favor by rendering a service? I made it clear to her I was gonna write a review & she arrogantly said shap.
