Nonqubela link mall bad service and horrible staff always difficult
As always I’m complaining about this shops service and yet they just don’t care I wanted to exchange a baby carrier I have the slip they now want a second slip if you pay with your credit card what other second slip is needed it’s only the main slip and of course yes the credit card becathey want to put the cash back on the credit card but asking a second slip they are always horrible at this branch your head office should close this branch as the service is always bad

13 May 2025, 13:45Again went there now to do the exchange with the slip and the credit card wanted my slip back because there was other stuff on I bought aswel the tall lady says no I don’t need it back I can exchange it without the slip . How is that possible and not just that her attitude was so rude and then she still told the other till lady and the laughed with the customers at me THE ************** IN NONQUBELA MALL LINK ACKERMMANS IS BAD AND YOU DONT EVEN CARE TO RESOLVE MY COMPLAINT BUT IL KEEP PUTTING U GUYS HERE
