Non Existent Customer Service

Customer service is non existent, paid my account via eft on the 14th of December 2023. Payment still not allocated on account. Sent a mail with proof of payment. But still being harassed to make a payment. This is so unprofessional and all they have to say is it has been forwarded to the relevant department.
