Non compliance with trading hours

I was at your Daveyton Mall branch, your trading hours stipulated that you close at 1pm, but your store associates closed the doors already before 12:45, upon asking was told it was a favour to even open on Christmas. He (Mphahu) said the shop was only given permission to open up until 12:30 of which is completely a lie, for a lack of a better word. Please train them to stick to company policies and procedures, your brand will be tarnished if you are going to spread such lies in a confident manner. I have since posted on your Facebook messanger still no correspondence from your side too.
