Nokia C1 2nd edition cellphone pattern defective
I bought a Nokia C1 2nd edition at randfontein village square on Friday 28 October. On Saturday I decided to put a security pattern as one of the security measures. To my surprise after the pattern was set I couldn't login again. On Sunday I went to Ackerman's Tambotie mall to return the phone as it was still with the 7 days cooling off period but the lady by the name of Portia said she couldn't help she needs to contact head office. I went on Monday back again to be told that i have forgotten the pattern and I will not be able be assisted I need to go to a cellphone provider to get assisted there. The phone does not reboot to reset factory settings. The pattern is not responding no matter how many attempts you make it does not require any other form of security to block you. And I have not forgotten the pattern I used. Their head office couldn't assist me either as I have spoken to 2 ladies and the first one was rude. The second one was polite until the cellphone consultant in the store spoke to her and she changed her tone and attitude. I would recommend no one purchase a cellphone from Ackerman's for the sake of peace of mind and sanity. They do not abide by their own policies. I have more than 100 retries the phone is calculating and does not block me at all. I have to wait 4 days then their 7 days cooling off period is over. Someone will contact me. What about my convenience and the reason I purchased a cell phone. I actually want my money back nothing to do with the Ackerman's anymore
