Nobody cares
<p>I recently went to an Ackermans store in Pretoria to send money to my brother. I was helped with this transaction but when I asked for a benefits card I was told my ID number was not showing my details on the system. Some Mrs Pretty Mbokani was using my ID numbers at Ackermans. I have an account with Ackermans which could not be picked up on the system. In the store I was told to contact head office for assistance. I have sent an email in this regard but have not received even an acknowledgement of receipt of my complaint. </p>
