No service at Ackermans

I am currently in Ackermans Bronkhorstspruit. I wishbi could a rating for this poor service. There is a long queue and was 2 cashers. I saw other customers jumping the line. When i asked if they can maybe help the elderly first as they are standing in pain with back pain and suffer. The casher told me there is only 2 of us. You have to wait until 12. It is currently 11:40 and we are already waiting about 20 minutes. It ls not the first time they have only 2 cashers working. But have 8 till points. And while i was typing this bad review only one customer was called to the till. And another customer just pushed by. And we are not allowed to say anything. They say they dont have a direct email adress and that is the first time i hear a branch have no email.
