No service and rude

After I did all my shopping with out anyone helping me to get clothing hanging of the top shelf moved over to cashiers to pay, cashier refused to greet me even after I tried to Crack a joke, and she kept ignoring me while scanning all my merchandise, I asked to see a manager, I walked over to manager she said she would discuss it with the cashier and while I left the merchandise they thought,(the manager and cashier) thought it was the joke of the day, so I will not support the orkney branch ever again.
